Historic Brick House

The Historic Brick project was a complete gut historic renovation with a new three-story modern home added to the rear of the house. This included restructuring the interior of the historic house for a changed floor plan. To dig out the new home basement, we micropiled from lot-line to lot-line. Our team worked with the EPA for lead paint removal to bring back the original brick surfaces.

This renovation won a Historic Preservation Committee award and was written about in the Aspen Times. You can read the article here.
