Behind the Build

Thunderbowl Home

In collaboration with Poss Architecture and Design, this 4,000 SF ski-in townhome was taken down to the studs and comprehensively reimagined to fully capitalize on its exceptional location. Thoughtful floor plan reprogramming and the selective reuse of valued existing materials were paired with extensive custom cabinetry, a sculptural redesigned stair system, and a complete suite of new finishes.

The transformation includes all-new bathrooms, flooring, fireplaces, and bespoke architectural details throughout, resulting in a modern, refined mountain residence that seamlessly blends craftsmanship, functionality, and timeless design.

What’s New in BT — Designed to Improve Your Experience

We would like to highlight several Buildertrend platform updates designed to make your projects clearer, faster, and easier to manage. Here’s how you’ll see the difference::

1. Clearer Project Updates

You’ll now receive cleaner, more consistent weekly progress updates through an improved client dashboard. Updates focus on what matters most—key milestones, progress, and next steps—so you’re always informed without being overwhelmed. The result: better visibility into your project and fewer back-and-forth check-ins.

2. Simpler, More Transparent Proposals

Proposals are now easier to review and approve. The updated process keeps everything—from initial design agreements to final contracts—organized in one place, making it simpler to understand revisions, compare options, and move forward confidently.

3. Easier Document Reviews

Plans and documents are now easier to review with built-in notes and markups. You’ll see highlights, comments, and revisions clearly within the document itself, helping everyone stay aligned and reducing confusion around changes.

4. Streamlined Digital Signatures

Signing documents is faster and more convenient. Contracts, change orders, and plan approvals can now be signed securely online, directly within the platform—no printing, scanning, or separate apps required.

5. More Accurate Billing & Financial Transparency

Billing and project progress reporting are more precise, giving you a clearer picture of how work completed aligns with invoicing. This means greater transparency and confidence that billing reflects true project progress.

6. More Convenient Payments

You can now make payments easily via ACH or credit card through a secure, integrated system. Payments are tied directly to your invoices, creating a smoother, more reliable payment experience with fewer steps and less hassle.
